Instructions for spotlight speakers
- A spotlight presentation takes 12 minutes in total: 5 minutes for the wider perspective, and followed by 7 minutes for your abstract presentation, after which time is available for discussion.

Instructions for oral presentation
- Each oral presentation lasts 7 minutes, after which time is available for discussion.
- Stick to the time, the sessions chairs are instructed to be strict on the timing.
- Presentation in widescreen mode (16:9; landscape orientation) PowerPoint.
- Include background study / goal / methods / results / conclusion / discussion and less text is more!
- Double check animations / pictures / external links / sounds etc. These may not work on another computer than the one you make the presentation on. To be sure, we ask you to send movie clips (.wmv/.mov/*mp4) also as separate files.
- Final slide:
As the theme of the conference is: “meeting again”, we invite you to end your presentation with a personal slide. When we get to know each other better, we believe that this stimulates collaboration in research. This personal slide may contain a photo of yourself during your favorite leisure activity, of the region you live in, with your family, etc. No obligations! Feel welcome to share. - Provide your presentation at latest Monday 10 April 2023 to RSAmeeting2023@maartenskliniek.nl (use wetransfer if file is too large).
Instructions Rapid fire Session / E-Poster
Rapid fire Session to promote your E-Poster:
- 2 slides: 1 minute per slide. Presenters are all on the podium and pitch there research rapidly after one another.
- Each slide will be shown 1 minute with automatic slide progression.
- Slides in widescreen mode (16:9; landscape orientation) PowerPoint:
- No animations, no external links etc
- Make them attractive, intriguing, stand out and
- Include your Electronic poster ID (title of research)
- Provide your 2 Rapid fire slides at latest Monday 10 April 2023 to RSAmeeting2023@maartenskliniek.nl (use wetransfer if file is too large).
Your E-Poster is available at an electronic display (46 inch touchscreen; landscape orientation) at all times during the conference.
- Your E-poster may contain up to 5 slides to showcase your research.
- Slides in widescreen mode (16:9; landscape orientation) PowerPoint:
- Make them attractive, intriguing, stand out
- 1st slide Title, authors and institution
- Include background study / goal / methods / results / conclusion / discussion and less text is more!
- Animations can be included
- No external links
